I don't know but after looking around at various companies I found Melanie Giles (from this forum) to be the one that I considered the best. In the early days she actually advised Bankruptcy would be the best route for me to take rather than an IVA. I instantly knew she was doing what was best for the creditor and not merely recruiting for business and that's important when looking for an IP.

I believe she's on holiday until the end of next week but contact her office and speak with her staff.

Hi Tony and welcome
Check out www.iva.com as they have feedback about IVA providers.

Hi
Well it,s the only site available for comparison of IVA providers so it,s worth a look and it,s good to see that you are not rushing into an IVA.It will pay you to speak to another company or two and if they give the same advice and figures then you know that you have been advised well.
Just be aware that you will deal with your chosen IVA provider for five years so make sure that communication is easy and rapid, not only now when setting up an IVA but afterwards when you are paying into it.
Time spent doing your "homework" on both the company and an IVA will prove to be time well spent.
Good Luck

Hi tony

I share the same opinion as Andy.
It's a good idea looking around, take the necessary time to select a number of possible IVA companies and get as much information as possible before making a decision.

Good luck!

Hi Tony,

I hope that you have found our site useful. Please note that the ranking shows the number of reviews posted on a firm, not how good they are (although the fact that someone is willing to post a review often shows that they are happy with the services provided).

Please read through the Cleardebt reviews to help you to decide on them; we recommend looking at several IVA firms before choosing which one to appoint.

Good luck with finding the right IVA firm for you and please tell us how it goes.

Kind regards,
Terry Balfour

Welcome to the Forum Tony,

As others have posted, it is best to look around and contact 2 or 3 debt solution companies whilst considering an IVA. This can then cancel out any ill advice or practices.
