Hi guys I am looking to go for an IVA, and am currently in DMP. I have contacted about 50 firms (slight exaggeration!!) and dont know who to use, I am currently talking to Tina at Melanie Giles who seem a really professional efficient outfit, but would like others opinions who are actually in/ going for IVA with melanie.

Regards

Chris

Hi,

You won't find a bad word said about Melanie on here. She and her firm come highly recommended and I am sure there will be a lot of posters who will be on to agree with me.

I'm not with her myself as I hadn't found this forum then, but I would probably have used her firm if I had.

Hi Chris

I and my hubby have just had our iva approved through Melanie and her team (20 April).
I can honestly say they have been brilliant with us and would have no hesiation in recommending them to anyone, as will many others here who are with Melanie. You will find them absolutely excellent.

Good luck

Hi
Check out www.iva.com and look at reviews from people that have used the various IVA providers.

I would recommend Melanie and her team to anyone. The service is very professional, yet there is a personal touch with it too. We were never judged either!

I would recommend speaking to a couple of IP's, and the ones who post on here are all highly recommended and you can find their details in the experts section at the side of the page.

Andy, what's happened to your photo?

hi

you would not go wrong with melanie and her team, i cannot fault them. we have been in our iva for 12 months now and they have been professional and supportive from day one!

use your own judgement and if you feel comfortable with the firm you are speaking with then thye are probably right for you!

good luck and let us know how you get on

Melanie certainly get's good write ups on this forum - however so do other small and large firms. Whoever you decide on ensure you are comfortable with their communication methods and are clear about how the IVA will impact on your life for the 5 years.
