Hi all

Thought it was time for an update, where do I start I ended up checking myself in to A&E and was diagnosed with severe panic attacks, severe anexity and depression. Though the depression was only mild the other two disguised it. I have been on the meds inc. Valium since and have seen two face to face CBT counsellors who have helped and now one is ready to discharge me, though says I need to learn how to relax as I am energiser bunny and that part of the problem.

Since facing it and also talking to friends more, I have improved dramatically and life has been sort of normal, kids are great we took them to mums caravan for a few days and the eldest has made the local U9s squad for football. Baby Girl will probably walk also soon before her first birthday. I have gone back to my martial arts as he would no say no to free sessions etc and work is going well (though still no extension post March, but the market is picking up) Wife is also ok and has had her husband back which is good (I even laid some turf) Got to mow for first time tonight.
So things have got alot better mentally, still some down moments but hey we all have them anyway.

Anyway thanks for all your wonderful support and tommorrow is my creditors meeting. Seeing the proposal in B&W also helped and made me believe we can be OK.

TTFN

Ox

GREAT to hear from you Ox, and so glad all is going in the right direction.
I guess the martial arts is a great focus and allows you to use up some of your batteries productively :-)
Do let us know how the meeting goes.
