For an IP to say that creditors will definately accept the offer is a bold and brave statement, but I am sure they are right, and well done to you for getting this moving so quickly. A nice fresh start for a New Year!

I certainly haven't counted my chickens just yet, but i'm also quite positive that it will all be fine as really the arrangement hasn't changed, and i'd be suprised if they didn't bite my arm off to get the money early.
As I said, I shall keep you all updated as to the official outcome.

Just realised that my IVA started in Jan 2006 so it's actually been 3 years and not 2! How strange that I would lose a year. About time it finished then I reckon.

That's good news Spottedtree. Most Ip's know whether creditors would accept a F&F - I'm sure yours knows his work - good luck and keep us informed.

Great News! My Full and final was accepted. They now have my money and i'm waiting for my certificate. So relieved!
