Not having a pop softie, but i think this is why we are seeing lots of IVA companys now dragging their heels and standing their ground in NOT issuing completion certificates, because i think they are expecting people to then claim ppi once they have finnished their IVA's.
I would not be surprised in seeing IP's writing in IVA's that any future PPI due to the client will be paid into the fund even after its closed.
I think any ppi sold by any of our creditors should go back to them to off set all the thousands they are writing off.
