Well you would be blacklisted so to speak but if you are getting an iva you probably wouldn't want anything on credit anyway. What I found a pain was not being able to get another mobile phone contract. We have a mortgage and we are not able to move while in our iva without their say so as their is some restriction on our house. Sorry I've not been much help but hopefully someone else will be along soon!

Hi and welcome to the forum. Do you mean for another person living at your address. The credit score of the person in the IVA will be extremely poor and this will show up on searches. Others living in the house assuming there is no financial association I believe should be ok assuming their own credit rating is fine.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi ken and welcome to the forum,

An address is not affected by an IVA, credit ratings are against the individual and any financial associates, so if you have any joint accounts the other parties credit rating can be affected.
