I think I would be at the stage of using a few expletives down the phone!

Get a whistle and blow that down the phone - hurts like hell!

Thanks to everyone and yes have received the papers. Another firm that plays on the persons who are in financial difficultiesand offers false hope. We'll win in the end though - wait and see.

Trouble is though, you get rid of one firm, and two more spring up in it's place - usually with the same people at the helm.

Well they certainly will be a non-profit company by badgering people on this forum. In fact, I should think they are racking up considerable losses, perhaps enough to make them go bankrupt which shouldnt present any problems for them as they are experts on the subject!!!!

John, I doubt they are making losses - there are an awful lot of vulnerable people out there who haven't found this site and believe what these people tell them.

David - slight delay in getting the paper work to post office, blooming snow! Posted today!
I have sent everything they sent me & done a cover letter explaining what they told me over the phone.
So glad I was not taken in by them.
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X
