I think it must be very random as to what calls people get. We were hounded by Mercers, calls started at 8am up until 9pm seven days a week, they would sometimes have a break for a few days, then start again.

Others had calls up until 10 at night and earlier than 8. Yet more are still receiving calls months after their IVA has completed.

I had one call on the day my IVA was approved, then nothing.

Hang in there verybroke.

our worst nightmare was mercers too, calling numerous times a day!

stay strong you are almost there!

Warn callers right away that you are recording the call for your benefit and see how many hang up or change tactics.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

You can also refuse to confirm your details. They can't deal with you if you refuse.
