Hi

I completed paying my IVA 6 years ago in May this year. Can you let me know if there are lenders out there who would consider lendly jointly to me and somebody without an IVa.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

Kerry

Hi Kerry and welcome to the forum

Did your IVA run for 6 years until May 2012? What are you looking to borrow the money for?

Hi Melanie

That's correct the 6 years finished in May 2012.

Sorry, I should have said for a mortgage.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Kerry

Hi and welcome.

Have a word with our resident mortgage broker. His name is Ryan and his details can be found under the Ask a Question link on the left hand side of the page. He has helped several posters.

At least she can get some initial advice from Ryan without actually applying for anything. I'm told he is very quick at getting in touch once initial contact has been made.
