Hi guys just a quick question F & F settlement accepted on the 9th march emailed IVA company yesterday to be told waiting for paperwork from HMRC so they can send my certificate could somebody help me regarding this was only in IVA for 12mths so does this mean i will have to pay more money?? or what does it actually mean any help would be appreciated as really concerned and worrying thanks guys[:(!]

Hi Parjay. I imagine this is all about the ongoing matter with HMRC over VAT paid on fees, which, after a court case, have to be repaid. This is holding up finalising the paerwork on cases until the repayment has come in.

Apperently some claims are now being paid, so hopefully it shouldn't be much longer.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Parjay - your F&F was accepted so you will not have to pay any more money across. The VAT issue is to do with your IP company, not you. It just might mean that you have to wait a little longer for a completion letter.
