I've just started going to the gym, well it will be 2 weeks on Wednesday and I'm not going to say I'm loving it but I find it ok. I'm hoping to develop a passion for it but we'll see. x

I've only just stopped aching from the workout on Friday and tonight we go again....it's all good and I've 7 weeks until I go on holiday so do you think I can make a difference, bearing in mind I've a lot of work to do. x

You'll get used to it and the aches will vanish for the most part. It depends on your target but with healthy eating as well you will be surprised how quick you will see weight loss and toning up.

My good lady only managed twice a week but with that and diet reached her holiday targets [:D]

Hubby used to do home brewing, we used to pick our own elderberries and elderflowers (tons of them round by me) but he stopped doing it a few years ago. He's into jam making now (as several forum members can vouch for!).

No good for me though as I don't eat it!

I'll take your word about the 'buzz' Luke! I'm going to the gym tonight (first time for 2 months) and I'm not looking forward to it. To me exercise is a chore and something I'll do because I have to!

At the minute I'm enjoyit it Skippy but I'm more with you on the lines of how I think it'll be for me, I do feel better for going but I want results too quickly which is a big part of why I find it hard to diet and exercise. x

I'll let you know later Luke! I don't feel great today, but I'm going to drag myself there anyway as it's to have a programme done to try and motivate me! Last time I went I nearly passed out when I got home, so I won't go quite as mad!

The only reason I'm going Lesley is that I like my food too much and I know I can eat a few extra points if I exercise!

All I do is the Wii fit and I still enjoy doing that.

I've never enjoyed going to a gym.

I've got Personal Trainer for the Wii and it's much better than the Wii Fit, I really feel as though I've had a workout when I've used it.

I bought the Biggest Loser as well but that's going on Ebay as I really wasn't impressed.

Love the bowling and the table tennis on the Wii. Not tried the personal trainer - might have to get that.
