Hi
My daughter has offered to pay for a family holiday for us? is that ok to accept during an IVA ?

Hi Caraf,

I believe that as long as this is a gift or not expected to be paid back then I wouldn't see this as a problem. Probably best to re-confirm with your I.P and keep them in the loop.

I wouldn't worry about it - Dave took me away last year when I was bankrupt and I didn't even think of telling anyone!

Hi
Just to add that there is no need to inform your IP,go and enjoy it.My family paid for my annual holiday and it was the only thing that made the IVA bearable.
