I have not done any homebrew since the summer and my stocks are depleted.

It has been hard to save the tiny amount of money needed to get some kits as I seem to have had no end of problems moneywise (Blog about this shortly).

But as I saved hard and made sure I got the Xmas pressies for my Girlfriend and Parents early I have managed to save £50.

I 'invested' in some corks, wine filters and bottle tops along with a 30 bottle Rose Kit and a Sweet Cider (32 pints). These are bubbling away and I reckon I will have drinkable cider for Xmas and the Wine while drinkable by next week will taste rank (I have made it before).

Left in the bottles though and after 2 weeks it is nice, 4 weeks good and 6 weeks or more as good as £10 bottle of Rose.....can't wait mmmm....although as on anti-biotics at the moment unable to drink :(
1st payment Oct 2008, last payment Dec 2013. Certificate received March 2015 due to PPI claim.
