Age is not important ! There's a 13 year gap between me and my fiancé.
I fell for me fiancé, knowing she had a 10 year old.
when you find the right woman she will take both you and your son on.
IVA now over with and it was worth it.
now starting my life again,

there is a 21 year different between me and my hubby. We have been married 13 years, together for 15.

I wouldnt change a thing.

Oh and I raised his youngest son for almost ten years... hes now left to do his own thing (my stepson, not the hubby! He is not allowed to leave, who else would make me breakfast every morning??) and I have to admit.. I miss looking after him.

It may explain how I ended up with two mental dogs!

Forget age. Its all about the person. I am sure you will meet someone when you least expect it. 55 is perfect (hubby is 57 and I am 35, I think, or 36!!).

Hubby didnt know what to think when he meet me... poor thing, he is still in a daze I think! LOL

Be strong. Let life happen. Good things will come along.

Mia

After 3 years of being single I have decided that I am just going to enjoy life and if someone special comes along then that is a bonus. I wouldn't discount anything as long as I got on with that person. I don;t yet have children but I know that if I met someone with them I would accept and be happy that they would come as a package.

Hi Foggy,

In the words of The Who (finally saw them live last weekend [:D])

I can go anyway, way I choose
I can live anyhow, win or lose
I can go anywhere, for something new
Anyway, anyhow, anywhere I choose

I'd stay free as a bird mate [:o)]

Yes, I know what you mean -- am beginning to think along those lines already.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
