Hi Melanie,

Would the same apply to bankrupcy??

If Simon is/want to pay his mum a going rate for his rent, would he be better off going the bankrupcy route??

Hi Alan

I really don't know what the OR's ruling on rent to parents is - it is a shame that we don't all work to the same criteria. As to whether Simon would be better off in bankruptcy, only Simon can really answer that one.
