Hi
I started an IVA in July 2005 but stupidly didn't include all my creditors. I have another 3 creditcards with a total of about £14000 on them. I'm struggling keeping up with the re-payments and was wondering if theres anything I can do, even if its just getting them to stop the interest?
Hope you can help

tell your IP - they will probably advise a variation meeting to se if these can now be included - however be prepared for a tough time as £14000 of overlook is alot to forget about - have you used them since your IVA started? Hopefully not - if you have again I think you mightbe in sticky waters!

Thought about bankruptcy?

Why didnt you include all your creditors?
If you have been using the credit cards then i would assume your IVA is at default because without the express permission from your IP credit is NOT allowed during your IVA.
With such a large sum, whether the cards have been used during the IVA or not you MUST contact your IP to discuss it.

Great points luluj and Mrs S.

Can I just add that if the additional debts relate to the post - IVA period they cannot be included at all.
