Just to let you know that we have finally sold our house but 25k than what was needed for IVA. just hope the creditors are sympathetic to our plight of the housing slump if not its bankruptcy here we come!!!!!
dont hold out much hope really...hey ho...at least something will be sorted once and for all.O God

Glad you have managed to see the house, but so sorry that you didn't get enough for it.

Fingers crossed that your creditors will be sympathetic, but if not, then you have tried your best and bankruptcy is not as bad as it used to be.

Creditors would rather get something rather than nothing - and the costs of bankruptcy would far outweigh the costs of the IVA, so I am sure that they will accept what is available.
