Assuming the reserve account borrowing is secured it will go toward the repayment and reduces the available equity.

When you say secured, it is part of the mortgage and needs to be paid when the mortgage ends.

I would think it is secured. So the equity looks to be sub de minimis.

Just a quick update. Had a call from McD's today and we dont have enough equity in our property, so we will finish at year 5. Well happy. Thanks for the advice.
