Hey everyone! Just wondered how all you IVAers were finding things. I am just having a little wobble. I natural worrier and wonder if I will cpe with a tight budget for 5 year. Are people finding it okay or impossibly tough? Have many people had variations? when I lose my lodger just wondering if it will be a real battle to have my payments lowered. Are people still managing to have a life? I'm only 27 and used to be able to go out and socialise with friends but its becoming more difficult. Just going to visit my 2 best freinds who live in Cheshire costs a fortune on a train. God Im in such a moaning minnie mood!!!

My first two months were a nightmare but we got through and 10 payments in, I'm happy, I'd sometimes love to do more and often have to tell a little white lie of why i can't do this or why i can't do that, but eh ho!

Don't panic take one month at a time that's what I have to do, my uplift payment is due this month and to be fair I could do with buying some xmas presents as I've not got a lot. I'm wondering if to contact my IP and ask if I can pay this quarters uplift in January. Well you can only ask can't you?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I am sure that they will be as helpful as possible, within the constraints of your IVA Lesley!

We've managed reasonably well, but it's a bit tight at the moment with family birthdays coming up as well as Christmas, and got to find the money for the hotel for next week!

Still, we're 7 payments in now, so slowly getting towards that glimmer!
