I am not an expert on credit repair, but this what I think you should do:-
a) You are correct. When your creditors accepted your IVA, they agreed to write off the balance of the debts you could not repay. Send a copy of your Certificate of Due Completion to the credit agencies and insist that your record be amended to remove these "balances".
b) The IVA should remain on your credit file from the date it was accepted, not finalised.
c) No - the same rules do not apply with an IVA.
