How can I obtain a copy of my IVA certificate? It is many years ago and I can't remember who the provider was?

Without recalling who your iva provider was at the time will be difficult to identify who to contact.

Random thought ... go to your emails and search iva in your inbox, sent items and deleted items .... if like me I go back years as haven't deleted everything.

Depending on the time you were in the IVA local court offices might have records, failing that the Insolvency Service -- but this is straw clutching territory.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

It's better to recall all the details about your service provider or insolvency practitioner of your IVA. You will only receive your certificate if you have made all the agreed payments to your IVA. Check all your messages and emails in the inbox.
