How can I sort out default still on credit report ? IVA completed in March 2014.

Hi I completed my IVA in March 2014. I looked at my credit report and still have MBNA on my account as defaulted. This should of been included in my IVA. Can anyone advise me how I can sort this out as this is going to continue to affect my credit rating. Thanks in advance.

Defaults should drop off your credit file after 6 years from the default date ... usually your IVA start date or there abouts. Start by checking that the default date is the date your IVA was approved.
