How can you help? I am a student but my hsband is working and we have two children. My husband and I are in debt and cant pay our creditors. We own about £45000 b/w us please can u help

Can you post more details, such as the various creditors that you have, who has what debt.also are you homeowners or renting ?

The fact that you are a student, presumably without income, does not prevent you from applying for an IVA, but it will be important to understand all of the options currently available to you.

Do you owe anything to the Student Loans company?

I recommend that you speak to an IP, there are several who post on here, Melanie comes particularly recommended. They will explain all your options to you and advise you of the best way forward for your circumstances.
