I believe I was misold an iva. They are now threatening me with bankrupcy as they feel I was not misold it.
How do I apply to the court under sec 263.

I am sure, if you pop into your local court, the officers there should be able to point you in the right direction.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi - section 263 of which law are you referring to please?
You might want to make a complaint initially instead.
Why do you think you were miss-sold and why does the IP say that you weren't?
