I started an IVA in April 2011. I made full and final settlement by selling my house in 2012, this was accepted at the creditors meeting and completed in Sept 2012. I understand the IVA will stay on my credit file for 6 years from the start, when the 6 years is up, how do I ensure it is removed from my details? Is it removed automatically, or do I have to contact credit reference agencies?

As far as I am aware Jane the files will automatically drop off your credit file after the 6 years is up. You might want to check that any default dates on your credit file are correctly dated no later than the start of your IVA so that they drop off at the correct time.
