Marie

Your e-mail has really touched me and I now have a big lump in my throat. Thank you for your gracious words.

At the end of the day we are only doing our jobs, but we do strive to do them to the best of our ability and I hope that this is reflected in our success rate - not just at creditor meeting stage but at the 95% plus of our clients who do successfully complete their repayment plans by the end of the final year.

Whilst this will seem an age ahead of you, one of my current clients posted last night to say that he is 10 months into his arrangement, and is seems that it was just yesterday when he was pleased to be confirming his acceptance. We all look forward to working with you and OH over the next few years, and helping you to come out the other side!

Hope to see you both at the next Frugal Friends meeting in Manchester - scheduled for January 2009 - if not sooner if you can travel to the others.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

HI marie, this is great news. I know when ours was approved, I kept thinking 'have we done the right thing?' But I now know that this was the only sensibhle choice we had.

Congratulations
