How do I get my credit score in the black after an IVA? Ours finished last January, but we didn't actually receive our completion certificate until last October.

Jayne,

I suggest you obtain your Equifax file and check that
1) Your IVA doesn't show in the Court section if it commenced more than 6 years ago.
2) No Notice of Correction exists relating to the IVA.
3) All defaulted balances don't have a value greater than £0.

If a balance is wrong, you need to get the creditor to correct it, this will change your records with the other CRA'S as well.
The reason for using Equifax is that they add Notices of Correction about your IVA finishing, the others don't.
