How do I know when to stop paying?

Hi,

Currently in an IVA of 6 years' duration which was approved in court on 28.09.06. The IP who arranged it (Blair Endersby) had already banked a cheque for the first month's payment on 06.09.06, so all good there. Next payment was made 03.11.06 by phone, as the SO was not yet set up, then 08.11.06 when it WAS set up, after that, 27.11.06 (they didnt take Decembers as they'd taken a double in November), then 27th month ever since Jan 2007.

BE transferred my IVA to Grant Thornton a couple of years ago.

So far, so good, have always paid on time, including 50% of any salary increase.

My question is, when is the last payment due (assuming nothing bad happens, and I continue to make all payments)? Is it August this year, or September? [:I]

Providing they include the banked 1st cheque in the 60 months, double check your paperwork for proof mine tried to have me over on it then your last payment is due on the August if not included will be the September .
