How do Lloyds TSB normally vote?

They are my main creditor, how have people found they have voted in the past?

They are generally a very suppportive creditor, who employ a specialist firm of insolvency practitioners to do all of their voting for them - KMPG.

They were my our main creditor also and didnt vote, if they had voted no they would have stopped ours gooing through but as they didnt it went through on the other yes votes

I have a feeling they will vote on mine judging by the amount of letters and calls I have been getting off them! I will keep my fingers crossed!

You would be suprised Poppy about the number of creditors that are found to be the most "harrasing" in the build up to an IVA who don't even vote.

However, we like Melanie find Lloyds to be supportive of IVA proposals.
