Yes to mortgage but you will need to find a deposit of between 10-15% and expect to pay a slightly higher rate.

Lenders do like to see you in the IVA for at least 12 months.

Credit file will have the IVA noted and more than likely your current circumstances could mean late or missed payments are effecting things anyway.
