wen don't panic, this is common, i had some even say they don't do BR they will go away with time, just report them to the OR, they can't touch you if you have listed them in your BR.
stuffed if i was you i would ring the court and ask who your OR is likely to be and tell them you have a pre - arranged holiday you don't know what date your BR is going to be as the case has been adjourned and can they see that the holiday will be a problem, good luck, they are human and know there are things that crop up.

I know they can't touch you, but it's just getting a bit annoying... even when I send them a copy of our BR order!

wen i had them say they hadn't received what i had sent them or the OR had sent them, one was coming to the house, i know its annoying, but don't let them get to you, you tried your best and had to follow the only realistic route that was open to you, now after discharge i am so sick of the companies i owed money to ringing me up offering me credit!

We've definately had a reduction, as I had confirmation from HSBC and a few others they were now dealing with the OR. However others (Capital One/Catalogue Companies) just don't give up!

They're one of them [;)]... Grattan/Freemans would be others... stupid thing is that their various collection companies refer it back to them when they get no joy, so they send it off to a different debt collection agency!!

Spoke to the OR today who seemed very pleasant. I expalined that we would be away with the Kid's camping and she said that she was on holiday that week as well.
Wished me a nice time and said that she hoped it didn't rain!
Got our interview on the 10th June (nearly 4 weeks after our BR)
She told me that my car would be exempt, (disabled child needs to get to school) but that she would have to consider my husbands, although he is self employed and needs it for work.
I asked about whether or not she would inform the landlord but she wants to see the tenancy agreement and a recent landlords reference which was glowing!.
I am anxious about the next few weeks but she seemed really reasonable.

Do OR's come across as reasonable and wait for the meeting to go in for the kill? Would love to know everyone else's experience of this.

One final question, the OR has 28 day's to send a report to creditors? how is she going to manage this timescale if we are not even seeing her for another 24 days?

As always your help and advice is invaluable.
