Hi I am in a plan, we managed after a year on our plan, to get a full and final third party payment excepted, that was back in may this year, since then we have had just a letter stating our obligations are over but no Certificate, Have written to them so many time now, and the said there waiting for one of the creditors to prove their debt, and when they do then the cert will be issued, if that creditor does not prove there debt then they will excluded from any payout unlike the rest of my creditors. My question is given its now late September how long should I have to wait seeing we paid the final excepted third party amount in back in late May this year ?
