How long can an iva last ? I am in payment month 71 (paid 60 months + 12 months equity) and have just received my annual review report and it says term 76 months ! Can they just add months on ? Thanks
Usually the "term" includes a few payment free months for admin ( mine was a 5 year IVA and the term was stated as 66 months ). Yours looks like an odd figure though -- 4 months admin ?? Are there any arrears or breaks to catch up ?
