Hi PeyWet, Pete, Lorainne

I'm in exactly the same position with DFD. Made my final payment in May and still no sign of the CC. I email weekly and each time get fobbed off with another excuse. It really doesn't seem right that the Court order states funds should be distributed within 90 days and the Supervisor has 6 months for final administration yet 8 months later still no payments made and no CC!

I too finished my last payment to my IVA in December 2012.
Repeat emails asking when will I get my closure and I get a standard reply each time about it's a widespread issue among the industry as awaiting final PPI claims.
It just pisses me off that I stuck by payments each month, sometimes with a pound or forty pounds till payday, sacrificed my commitments and I have nothing to show for at the end.
Not happy at all.

Your frustration is understandable acorn - but it should be directed at those who wronged you in the first place - ie the banks who forced unwanted PPI on you, rather than the professionals who are duty bound to deal with unravelling the banking mess.

Yes,but I don't even know or think I was mis sold PPI.They are claiming against the banks to go into a pot which is then returned back to the banks...but hey most of the monies are in fees ?
I had my statement from last year going into month 61 and on it the amount claimed back so far is a wopping £259 claimed back from PPI.Wow...
It's more a shame that the banks dont arrange proper dmp's with me so that the £350 per month I was paying into my IVA was going straight back to them, but I went down the IVA route which was the best thing I did.But the whole thing now is a complete mess.
