I received a copy of my IP's second year report yesterday and it appears that none of my creditors have submitted agreed figures so from my interpretation no money has been paid over too them. I can understand my largest creditor HMRC kicking his heels, (they don't seem to know which planet they are on at the moment) but the other three are all under £1400 each and as they are getting 65p in the £ it seems odd to me... how long do they have to submit a final claim?

Hi there and welcome to the forum

I find it ridiculous that your IP has not chased these claims after two years. OK - HMRC cliams are always slow, due to the timing of submitting returns, but the others should have been encouraged to claim by now.

There is no real time limit for this - but one of the moans that creditors regularly have against my profession is the time that it takes to repatriate monies to them. It seems that your IP provider could be fuelling this argument!
