My next creditors meeting is 14/01/16 so let's hope it's a good result.
Another creditor is impatient and an enforcement officer is visiting me 05/01/16 so I will baton the hatches again!
It's been 4 months since I started this process so I'm a bit tired....

Your IP should, in my opinion, be able to put a stop to the enforcement action for you - you should not be going through this whilst waiting for your creditors meeting.
Good luck on the 14th January from me !

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
Communication is difficult and im going to keep my head down for now!
I have to leave my works vehicle elsewhere so it can be awkward if I leave early for work!
I have finance on the vehicle but I havent got the energy if a bruiser turns up in the tow truck again!
Thanks Stuart
I will get the finance agreement for the enforcement people!
They can be quite intimidating!
Last time they visited my wife answered the door and she was on crutches after an operation so they eased off a bit under the vulnerable situation!!
No Probs Matey. All the best for the new yr to you and your family matey.
Don't let these goons intimidate you at all just make sure your criteria meets and your ok.
I research about debt all the time youtube has a lot of info just type a subject you want to know and you'll be surprised what comes up.
i dislike bullies like them and some people can feel intimidated if they are unsure,
Just do your research and you'll be ok in the end.
good luck and i hope you get better soon.
Even these idiot collection agencies who send you letters saying you have 7 days to response etc are nothing. those who say they are acting on behalf of loan company's or banks etc. You have more rights than you may think.
Happy New Year Matt. Your IP should liaise with the scratchy creditors for you. Either way hope you manage to avoid before the meeting and that your IVA is finally approved. If there is equity they can take the vehicle away - subject to settling the HP liability first. If there is no equity just prove its subject to HP.
Happy New Year Matt - hope 2016 is a good one for you!
