how long does an IVA take to arrange and be put into force.

All cases are different but mine took 6 weeks from initial phone call to approval, hope that helps, good luck.

Most IP firms generally work on a six to eight week basis.

I agree with the above comments, the usual time for the IVA process is c6-8 weeks.

Agree with the others, we have had some cases fly through in 4 weeks but I would say on average 6-8 weeks aounds about right.

Good morning Sarah,

Once we are sure that an Individual Voluntary Arrangement is the correct solution to your problems, we can start the IVA process .

Once started the IVA process takes on average 6-8 weeks.

The set up time for an IVA varies, and is heavily dependent, certainly in its early stages, on the information you will be asked to provide for the set up process to begin.

The key to a speedy set up process is communication, and providing as much information as possible, as soon as possible.
