How long does an IVA usually take to go through?

Possibly because they took 2 payments off me before the IVA went through, they delay the process while they get their 2 monthly payments before the IVA kicks in.

You can also go straight to a IP yourself and save yourself those additional payments you would make to Thomas Charles.

If I had known about that before hand I would not have used Thomas Charles, but I was in dire straights and did not know as much as I do now about the process.
