We are almost 15 months in now and submitted our review paperwork on 15th April and have heard nothing since, how long is this process supposed to take as I didn't think it would be this long?

Our review isn't complicated (I don't think!) my salary has increased, but we provided plenty of receipts to show increase in our essential expenditure to offset the increase to keep the payments the same.

I have heard absolutely nothing now since mid April and am slightly concerned!

I'd have a word with your IP lem - it should have been done by now.

Mel may pick up on this but if you email her then I'm sure she'll respond or pass you to who is dealing with it. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I had an issue one year wondering why I had not got the update letter then found out it had got lost in the post when my IP queried why I had not submitted the new I&E.

IP was OK about it, sent the information off again immediately and then every year after that I left it about a week and phoned them up to make sure it had arrived. It happens, gave me a bit of a panic though.

I know they received it because I forgot to tick a box on the forms I sent back and my caseworker emailed me about it but then that was weeks ago.

I don't think Mel is picking up her emails at present with her being away as I emailed her about my job situation a couple of weeks ago and have not had a reply to that yet.

Have you tried one of the others or maybe Kelly will pick up on this? x

I had a issue last year as I was waiting ages for my review, I rang my Supervisor and she told me that they have to wait until the date of your anniversary and then they have 60 days to complete the review so in my case although I had sent the information in July when they requested it my review couldn't be looked at until 29th August as that was the date I was granted my IVA and she had 60 days from that day. I received review start of October. Not sure if it is the same for all companies

That's not right. Our date is 21st April and our reviews have always been done Feb/March.

Harpic it was only last week I was speaking to my Supervisor as I had a query was asking her about this review and again she stated that I will be getting a letter 1st week in July but she cannot review my case until after 29th August it has always been like this every year it usually it is done the next day or two after that last year was different because they had backlog with other cases.[:)]

My review is never looked at until after the anniversary. If it was done sooner, they wouldn't have the full compliment of payslips.

I would contact Mel's office direct and ask for an update...am sure there is a reasonable response and things will be fine. As others have said in my understanding the reviews are done either on the anniversary date or soon after .....mid year reviews can be done where circumstances change, but annual reviews should include a full 12 months of payments etc.

Ours do have a full compliment of payslips even though they are done early. I can only send in a P60 as I don't get a payslip unless my money varies by more than a pound a month
