To be fair it won't affect me greatly as I'm in my final year now so hoping to complete soon after Christmas but I think for other clients of Mel's then do email her and I'm sure they'll action this. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
Mel I refer to get the information off to my IP as soon as possible (for example I know I will get a letter very soon so I have it all waiting to send off) and then try and forgot about it until the end of September that way I can relax more that the information is with the IP
I like your style KM1512 - there really should be nothing to worry about with an annual review, because you guys are the providers of all of the information.
If I don't have anything to worry about, I'll worry about not worrying! Totally beyond help!!
A shorter time period from receipt of information would be good from but I appreciate that then it would be difficult to manage getting everyone's IVAs reviewed within the two month deadline as you'll have some people sending info early and some sending it late and all wanting a near immediate response.
I'm a bit like that also Bol!! When I received the report from my IP I was very surprised and pleased that he actually thanked me for making my regular contributions promptly. I know this is probably a standard worded letter but it really pleased me that he said thank you. Strange woman x
I think what worries me most is I'm not expecting a rise in my payments (as although my pay has increased, my essential outgoings have also to match!) but if for any reason they come back and say I have to increase my payments and I can't fight it, will those payments then be backdated to the anniversary which is already 2 months ago?, this then means I'm going to be in arrears through no fault of my own.
Changes are usually from the month following the review. Good luck with yours! I've just submitted the last of my paperwork today...well one last piece left which I need from my boyfriend...and then it's The Wait!!!
