Hi everyone

I have made an offer of a Full and Final Settlement and the creditors meeting will be over the next few weeks but i wanted to ask, should this be accepted then when does the money have to be paid and how long is it until the debt is all paid up, so to speak, and how long until its confirmed that the IVA has ended?

Many thanks eveyone

There is no set timescale, unless the terms of the variation provide for this, but I would have thought that three months would be an acceptable period for things to be properly concluded for you.

Ours took around 4 months if i remember rightly. Others on the forum have had theirs finalised much faster.
The cheque was paid in immidiately. Hubby drove it to IPs office and delivered it personally.
