This can, and often has in their case, result in a sometimes hefty fine --- however you will not get any recompense / compensation, nor will the regulators directly intervene!

I have just climbed down off my ceiling having finished my phone conversation/rant with Aperture, they still can't tell me the outcome of my final review and confirmed it only started in November when they requested the additional payslips when I asked why its taking over 4 months to start the review the response was they do have other customers! I asked how much longer its going to take he couldn't tell me and he confirmed the certificate will only be issued once they have completed the final review and made an additional payment if required, once this is done I get to wait potentially another 6 months for the completion certificate! GGGRRRRRRRR
