We paid our final payment in Feb 13 but dfd
Took another payment out in March, rang them up said they would put money back as yet they haven't how long should it take.

I think you should be hassling them to do it now, surely that's not a big job, they have your account details or ask them to send you a cheque and make sure that DD is cancelled to ensure it doesn't happen again in April.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Mariella and welcome,i would be on the phone or emailing them daily regarding this matter, they were quick enough to take it when they shouldn't have done so, so now they need to expidite matters and get it back into your bank, not good at all.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
