How long?

Im 20 months into my iva , and going through my credit report and chairmans report , ive come across a debt I dont have. I have 5 debts with lloyds which I am aware of and are also on my credit report ,but my chairmans report shows 6 with an extra for over a £1000. How long do I have from the start of my iva to fix any discrepencies like this , or is it too late?

It is never too late to query something which does not look right Becky, indeed you have a duty to your other creditors to make sure that things like this are checked out. Get your IP to explain where this extra debt has come from, and what work they have done to verify its accuracy.
