I was wondering, how long will it take for the creditors to be paid their dividend now the cheque for F&F has gone in?
I know we have to take into consideration the christmas period.

Your IP should be distributing those funds as soon as possible now, but it is more likely to happen in the New Year.

Yes - as soon as the IP has concluded the case, you will be issued with a Certificate of Due Completion and at the same time the Registrar of Individual Voluntary Arrangements will be asked to remove his name from the register.

You must be confusing this with St David's Day, when we eat leeks, wear daffodils, read poetry, sing a lot and of course dance round stone circles with our white robes on! Of course this is only possible after copious amounts of Brains beer!

Happy Christmas Olympic, and please wish Mrs Torch a Nadolig Llawen and a Blywydd Newydd Dda.

Melanie.
mmmmm. Brains SA. (Which of course stands for Skull Attack!).
Sell lots of that round these here parts.
The perfumed ayatollah was a founding member of the 'Sons of Glyndwr', The Welsh nationalists who (allegedly) set fire to the holiday homes, and who went around Wales painting all the road signs from english to welsh,(except, of course, the ones that said 'bed and breakfast' and 'eggs for sale'.xxx

Wasn't that a common adage in the 80's, 'come home to a real fire, buy a cottage in Wales'...always made me smile, but then my mother's Welsh and I've always had the distinct feeling she's never really forgiven my father for the fact that he isn't!

Merry Christmas one and all...
