Hi Justin and welcome to the forum

What are you actually paying to your Mum and brother for board and lodging? Whatever you agree with them is reasonable, should be the figures used for the purpose of the IVA.

Not an expert but I would just pay whatever expenses you were paying to whoever just the same as to your Mum and brother, its irrelevant who you pay the money to just the amount is the important part for the IVA
if your outgoings were £1000 per month you just pay the same amount to your mum or brother
It would only concern them if your mum and brother wanted more
they are not going to check all they are interested in is can you keep uo with your payments

You need to provide your IP with actual costings - so whatever the agreement is with both parties you should use these to submit to your IP to confirm your I&E is still valid.

Agree with Mel - speak to your IP and sort out your new I&E with them.
