Hi john

I assume that this is addressed to us insolvency practitioners? The costs of running an IVA will depend upon the nature of your case, whether it has any complexities, and the type of firm that you choose.

As a general rule of thumb, the costs for acting as a nominee to the IVA can run from £1,500 to £3,000, and costs for ongoing supervision are generally anything from £600 to £1,500 per year depending upon your case.

It is important to remember that these fees are generally paid by your creditors, unless you are able to offer a full repayment to creditors over the term of the arrangement.
