Anyway, I requested that the call be pulled, listened to and then to contact me to tell me their opinion of it. I know they won't comment on the action, if any, is taken but at least they will have it brought to their attention.
You never know, that advisor might be in our position sometime in the future and get through to someone as helpful as he was.........
It's nice to be back......

I doubt very much that they would want to be treated the way they treat us, so why can't they afford us a little courtesy and respect? We may be drowning in debt, but we are human and we have feelings. It would be nice to be treated as such.
