I have just completed an IVA and been sent all documents back, but there has been other peoples paperwork in the pack as well. I am now concerned about our paperwork and how this may have been shared and how safe it is.
That is a breach of data protection and you should notify your IP accordingly. I imagine that this has occurred due to human error, but nevertheless you should report it.
