Hi Peter and welcome to the forum

If you are refering to an IVA it is entered on your credit report and will remain on it for six years

Hi
Just to add that in an IVA your credit rating will be badly affected from the start of your IVA right through until the six years are up,regardless of whether you settle it early or not.

Hi Peter,

Whether your in an IVA or going bankrupt this will remain on your credit file for a period of 6 years from its commencement.
